PowerForward
I was the UX Designer for PowerForward, an interactive online-leadership course devised around the teaching methods of Mike “Coach K” Krzyzewski. I redesigned the product when the business shifted focus from B2B to B2C.

The course consisted of five lessons, each centered around an established business leader and a leadership principle.

Users would read prompts and view one-on-one interviews to learn about the challenges each leader faced. Following this, they would be prompted with a choice, and an opportunity to explain their decision.

I included detailed annotations so that the handoff of deliverables would be smooth.

After each video segment, users are met with questions requiring feedback to better engage with the course.

Feature Prioritization
Kelly was referring specifically to Reflection and Team Discussion. While still crucial to Version 1.0, we applied the feedback I received.

Philip turned off the Reflection and Team Discussion pages for Version 1.5. We intended to group individuals who purchased the B2C program into cohorts. We decided to pursue other preexisting off-platform venues for creating a community for our individual users, such as a dedicated Slack channel, or a Facebook group.
